Relinquish is a trauma-informed dietetic practice based in Coomera on the Gold Coast, providing specialised support for individuals experiencing eating disorders, disordered eating and body image concerns. Led by an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Relinquish offers evidence-based, weight-neutral nutrition care grounded in compassion and respect.

We understand that food and eating behaviours are often influenced by deeper emotional and nervous system patterns. Our approach integrates trauma-informed principles, Health at Every Size® philosophies and non-diet frameworks to support sustainable recovery without shame or restriction.

Services include support for anorexia, bulimia, binge eating disorder, ARFID and chronic dieting patterns. Appointments are available in-person on the Gold Coast and via secure telehealth for clients across Queensland and Australia.

Relinquish works collaboratively with GPs, psychologists and allied health professionals to provide coordinated, client-centred care. Our goal is to help individuals rebuild trust with their bodies, develop flexible eating patterns and achieve long-term wellbeing through practical, personalised nutrition support.
