Reid Heliwork was established in 1998 by Mark & Donna Reid. Operating from the main base in Emerald (Central QLD) our helicopters fly throughout Queensland and travel to any state in Australia. The Reid Heliwork fleet includes Bell 206, 206L and Robinson R44 Helicopters. We have chosen these machines for their high performance, reliability and excellent safety record. At Reid Heliwork we pride ourselves on our excellent reputation and continuing safety record. Our Helicopter fleet is fastidiously maintained according to regulations and is flown by a team of experienced pilots, all having completed the relevant aircraft safety course’s. All operations conducted are approved and included under our CASA Air Operators Certificate (AOC: SQ584582) The Bell 206 Jetranger and 206L Longranger evolve from the same family. These turbine engined aircraft have 5 & 7 seats respectively and with generous luggage/equipment compartments they can fulfil a vast number of roles. They have proven themselves over many years as the most reliable workhorses in their class. The Robinson R44 is a 4 seat piston engined helicopter comfortably seating 2-3 passengers. With 3 R44’s in service Reid Heliwork can cater to multi aircraft jobs. Offering fast cruise speeds, long range and good endurance it is the most up to date helicopter in its class. The unobstructed cabin area has no bulkhead or post between front and rear seats assuring exceptional visibility for all passengers.
