Regenesis Fitness, is Edgecliffs privately owned local gym. In the form of large fitness studio, with lots of natural light and an open floor plan, Regenesis Fitness caters for clients requiring gym membership only as well as being home to both Longevity and Edgecliff Personal Training businesses, two science based training businesses, where the focus is your health and well-being.

Established in 1994, Regenesis Fitness commenced trading in cross st Double Bay and was the only local gym facility, providing an alternative to Fitness First and City Gym. Having relocated to Edgecliff in 2004 and changing management in 2008, the business is now focusing on providing holistic and rehabilitation based personal training, gym memberships and exercise programs for all members of the local community. Automated entry from 5am to 9.45pm, 7 days a week.

Director Russell Cox's own experience with recovering from major surgery and the resulting limitations on his training, allow him to see fitness and health from the customers perspective and develop programs that are suitable for your needs.
