I went to keilor road after iniatilly going to the McIntyre road Sunshine branch where I received no service. I was left standing around while 2 staff members stood around having what sounded like a personal discussion. In comparison the Essendon branch could not do enough for me. I was assisted by Teresa, who was very friendly and professional. I really appreciated her help. I ended up placing my order for my new bathroom with her. Perhaps the Sunshine branch should take a leaf out of the Essendon branch book and improve their customer service. They lost my order for almost $5,000 but luckily I preserved with Reece by going to Essendon branch.
