Our Story The Realise Group was founded by good friends Katie Miles and Cecilie Munro in the year 2000 from a desire to provide Australian companies reputable and qualified research data. Initially, The Realise Group offered customer experience evaluations, market research, mystery shopping, incentive and reward programs, training development and consulting to businesses who could see this company was more about performance improvement than just data collection. In 2003 The Realise Group joined forces with Centreforce Management Services (now Realise People Solutions) bringing with it the knowledge and experience of Director, Rebecca Lockett. Today, the result of Katie, Cecilie and Rebecca's blood, sweat and tears is a business with smart, creative, innovative, energetic, hard-working and 'can do' people who call themselves The Realise Group.
