ichael shadforth is the most unprofessional agent i have come across in my life.. how he is still allowed to work in this field is beyond my comprehension...recently i tried to buy a commercial property that he was selling, and he told me my offer had been accepted and in order to secure my offer i had to sign the contract and pay the deposit which i did promptly...then i rushed to go through a new broker and went through effort of refinancing everything, but when it came to valuation time a few weeks later, the broker was told that the property had been listed with another purchaser's name not mine... well what can i say? thanks heaps for wasting my time and the broker's time, thanks for keeping me informed at all steps of the way and for a full explanation (NOT!) of why it was taken away from me and sold to someone else ...try contacting him and his staff will protect him saying he's "currently out of the country"...totally unacceptable, unprofessional and cowardly, beware!
