The Rapid Response Clamp is a specialised craftsmanship piece of pipeline engineering. Designed to enhance emergency response capabilities, it dramatically increases preparedness against piping damage that needs to be fixed as fast as possible.
The Mill Spec solution for pipeline damage was originally designed in collaboration with the Department of Defence to repair damaged pipelines on Naval ships in 2016. The US Navy utilises the current version which is 5 times faster to install than traditional methods, doesn't require a tool, can be used by one person, and is reusable. The device has been tested to 100Bar, with the Milspec version (Marine grade stainless steel) rated at 20Bar. The 8 different sizes, cover pipe diameters from 38mm to 930mm and are suited to water, gas, and most petroleum liquids.
