Ramen Nobu receives praise for delicious food, particularly the Tonkotsu Ramen and Char Sui. Some customers appreciate the authentic Japanese flavors and tender meat. The atmosphere is described as good and worth the wait, despite long preparation times. However, some customers have had negative experiences with rude customer service and insufficient vegetarian options. Prices are considered high for the portion size.
