I strongly advise potential customers to carefully consider their options before choosing Qr8 Mediskin, as my experience has been far from satisfactory. The lack of flexibility, understanding, and effective communication in addressing common side effects raises serious concerns about the overall quality of care provided by this service. Unfortunately, like many individuals, I experienced a common side effect of Tretinoin – specifically, dry eyes. Recognising this as a common occurrence, I was honest with the Qr8 nurse who then recommended that I try using a thick layer of moisturiser around my eyes before applying the cream of an evening. I tried this for roughly one month to no avail and then tried using the cream in the morning, which immediately resolved the dry eyes I had been experiencing. I discussed this with my Qr8 Mediskin doctor at my online consultation today and sort guidance on managing this issue. To my astonishment, instead of receiving helpful advice or an adjustment to my treatment plan, my access to the prescribed skincare medication was terminated without any prior warning. The reason provided was that I was experiencing a (known and common) side effect and had been using the product in the morning instead of the evening. Had the doctor insisted that I should no longer use the product during the day time, I would have happily obliged. I find it perplexing that a common side effect like dry eyes led to such a drastic measure. The lack of communication and the abrupt termination of my treatment in the midst of a prescribed skincare medication regimen was highly unprofessional and disappointing. I urge potential Qr8 customers to consider all other avenues before trying Qr8. If you do go ahead with treatment from Qr8 it may serve you to be guarded in the information you share with them.
