QB Commercial is a Brisbane based Real Estate Agency offering commercial and residential sales and property management. Headed by Gavin Roberts (with over 30 years experience selling and leasing commercial properties) We are located in the heart of the Brisbane CBD which is our primary market area. We also are active in the inner areas such as Spring Hill, Fortitude Valley, Bowen Hills and Albion. We aim to sell or lease commercial properties in a timely manner getting the best result for the owner. We also source development sites for high rise, subdivision, service stations, shopping centres and child care use. We also specialise in residential sales in Springfield and Springfield lakes.
