Prouds The Jewellers (Loganholme Qld)

I would avoid this store where possible. I have been stuffed around from the start. My partner got my wedding ring set made at Prouds, it was lovely (the only good thing I can say about them). I sent my ring off to be resized, it came back too small, I was told it was my fault that the measured wrong, tried to charge me again to have it resized. After being quiet upset, I had to send my partner down to talk to them, after a while they finally resized it for free. I had to get my wedding ring resized; I wasn't told my ring would be ready on Monday after 4pm. My Partner left work early to collect the ring. Only to get there and they Closed early for the public Holiday. I am frustrated because we were never told this, and we have now wasted our time. Very unhappy customer. Will not recommend this company to Anyone!!!
