Description
Prospice Consulting works with founders, SMB operators and senior executives to strengthen leadership, resilience and operational performance. Many leadership, culture and wellbeing problems trace back to structure: unclear decision rights, blurred roles and weak accountability. We help leaders fix that foundation first, then build the leadership capability and resilience to perform under pressure. Based in Newcastle, NSW, working with clients across Australia and internationally.
Prospice Consulting is a leadership, resilience and operations practice based in Newcastle, New South Wales. Founded by Andrew Healey, it works with founders, SMB operators and senior executives who want their organisations to run well as they grow.
Our approach is structure before mindset. Many issues that look like individual capability gaps, such as stalled decisions, friction between leaders, burnout or a culture that won’t shift, actually come from how the organisation is set up. We look first at decision authority (who gets to decide what), role clarity, and accountability (how ownership is assigned and followed through). With that foundation in place, leadership development and resilience work have something solid to build on.
Services include:
Leadership coaching for founders, executives and leadership teams
Resilience coaching using the neuroscience-based PR6 model
Operations consulting on decision rights, role design and accountability
Support for organisations improving workplace psychosocial safety
Andrew holds an MBA from Strathclyde Business School and brings hands-on operations and manufacturing management experience from the UK and Australia, including running bakeries for Nestlé and leading a food manufacturing business in Tasmania. He is a certified PR6/R2 Resilience Practitioner, trained in the IMPACT Model for Authentic Gravitas, and an Authorised Partner with Coaching on the Go (Henley Business School).
Prospice Consulting works with clients across Australia and internationally, in person and online.
