If you think that golf is just a good walk ruined by chasing a little white ball, perhaps it is time to reconsider. Here is why we LOVE the game: No. 1 and the best of all...Anyone can play! Golf doesn’t mind if you are tall, short, lean or round, it doesn’t mind if you are 5 or 95, golf loves the variety. # No. 2 is incidental; the exercise is great and because you are chasing the little white ball around, you will not even notice that you may have walked 6km or been on your feet for 4 hours. Remember if you don’t use it you lose it, so get moving, get out there and enjoy. No. 3 rolls on from No. 2 Getting out in nature, enjoying the sunshine, enjoying the crisp morning if you are out on the course early, the peace and quiet, the grass beneath your feet. Doesn’t get any better! No. 4 Golf not only builds character, it reveals character too. Nothing like a challenging round to test us! We can go around the same course in countless different ways, which in itself could even be No. 5, the variety keeps us thinking, scratching our heads and thinking some more, which club, which shot?? No.6 The social aspect of golf is fantastic. On the course you will meet people from all walks of life. Young, old, good golfers, average golfers, (that is what handicaps are for) and you can either choose to play with the same group or change it up every week. No. 7 You can play golf at pretty much any town you go to. There will always be a place for you to join in, to exercise, to get some solitude or simply just have fun. No. 8 to Infinity....... There are too many reasons to play and we can’t think of one reason not to, see you on the greens!
