Phil’s personable attitude rubbed off on his staff. Phil’s values still shape the way Probuild operates to this day, by putting the client first and by having pride in the products we deliver. In recent years, Phil has relinquished some of his responsibilities by offering part ownership to Mick Betteridge and Mark Manuell, local builders who have together have contributed to years of construction management to some of Northern Territory’s iconic projects.
