PRL Warringah Mall POP-UP, Brookvale, NSW

Shopped at Ralph Lauren - Warringah today. I was on a mission and knew exactly what item I wanted to purchase, just undecided with colour/style. I was welcomed by the lovely Bhagya who is very professional, knowledgeable and approachable. It was so refreshing to walk into a high-end label store without being swarmed by sales assistants hovering over you to make a sale. Bhagya’s attention to detail, strong communication and active listening skills was amazing. I felt the need to leave a review to show my appreciation to your staff in hopes the company does see this and gives credit where due. Thanks again Bhagya and Ralph Lauren - Warringah
