Busy business with many local clients base and looks like the owner can do good decos. But, she is too busy to do her best for every events. Many things agreed were not delivered, she did not remeber the initial meeting contents, she was not on top of client's requests as her mind was everywhere else, running late, not reliable, hard to get through, difficult to deal with when there was an issue to be spoken over. Plus showed annoyed attitude to hear what was not done properly, did not really care or accept her mistakes. She charged alot for this poor service. There are others who can do good deco, good price and RELIABLE as well. If its for a big and important event in your life, think twice before you hire these guys. If lucky, you will get things done properly, but otherwise, you will be frustrated and upset like us.
