Prime Path Psychology provides compassionate, evidence-based psychological care for adults in Adelaide and online across Australia. Our practice specialises in supporting individuals experiencing eating disorders, PTSD, trauma, grief and loss, insomnia, anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions. We integrate advanced training and expertise in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to ensure that therapy is evidence-based, collaborative, and tailored to your needs.
