Premium Coffee Roasters coffees are roasted to order and despatched the next day to ensure freshness. Directly after roasting, the beans are packaged in one-way valve bags so neither air nor moisture can enter; yet gases emitted from the fresh beans are allowed to escape.

The balance of aroma, acidity, body and after-taste produce the special flavours, whether it is for espresso, plunger or filter methods.
At Premium Coffee Roasters our coffees are roasted to order and packaged immediately to prevent any loss of their delicate flavours and aromas. All coffee is packaged in bags constructed with degassing one-way valves. This reduces the exposure of the beans to oxidation & the absorption of air-borne damaging particles.
