I am writing this review to warn others about the extremely poor after-sales service provided by Premium Air. I had my heating and cooling system installed by them a few months ago, and it has already broken down. It will take them few days to send a technician out to fix the problem. In the meantime, we had to live without heating or cooling in our home, which was very uncomfortable, especially through the unpredictable weather in Melbourne.
I am extremely disappointed with Premium Air. I would not recommend them to anyone. If you are looking for a heating and cooling company, there are many other better options available. Please do not use this company. Extremely unprofessional once they get the money from you.
