VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. BOOKED TO HAVE A GLASS FILTER INSTALLED IN DECEMBER 2022. REPRESENTITIVE ATTENDED THE NEXT DAY TO INSPECT THE SITE AND PHONED THE SHOP TO BOOK THE JOB FOR JANUARY 2023. WAITED FOR CONTACT FOR THE JOB TO BE DONE THROUGH JANUARY 2023 WITH NO RESULT. ATTENDED THE SHOP IN THE FIRST WEEK OF FEBRUARY 2023 TO INQUIRE WHEN THE JOB WOULD BE DONE AND WAS TOLD THEY WERE NO LONGER INTERESTED IN DOING THE WORK THAT THEY HAD PROMISED TO DO, WHEN I ASKED WHY I WAS GIVEN NO EXPLANATION WAS WAS ASKED TO LEAVE THE SHOP. AVOID DEALING WITH THIS SHOP IF POSSIBLE.
VERY POOR EXCUSE TO TRY TO SHIFT THE BLAME.
REMEMBER THERE WAS A CUSTOMER IN THE SHOP AND MY PROPERTY PARTNER TO PROVE THERE WAS NO ABUSE.
THE ONLY WORDS USED WAS A HISTORY OF THE JOB AND TO ASK WHY I WAS NOT CONTACTED TO COMMENCE THE JOB IN JANUARY 2023 AS YOU PROMISED. POINTING OUT YOUR FAILURES TO YOU IS NOT ABUSE
