In 1997 we commenced marketing and selling the Sanctuary Lakes Resort when the area consisted of mostly farmland. As the Resort developed Point Cook Real Estate was established to meet the increasing demand for real estate services both within the Resort and the emerging Point Cook area in general. Who would have thought that Point Cook would so quickly become the vibrant residential community that it is today. Point Cook Real Estate is a proudly independent business owned by Kay Righetti, Rob Sinni and Peter Righetti. Our business is not controlled or limited by any franchise organisation. We are the longest established real estate company in Point Cook and the growth of our business has mirrored the growth and development of our suburb. We've sold more property in this area than all other agents combined; we have the largest leasing and property management business plus a land sales division that has sold a number of housing estates in the area. Our longevity and continued growth is attributed to a high percentage of repeat business.
