Many customers praise the delicious Italian food, specifically the pizza, at Pizza Napoli. They describe the pizza as having fresh ingredients, generous toppings, and authentic Italian taste. Some also mention the reasonable prices and efficient service. However, there are also criticisms about long wait times for delivery or pick-up, subpar garlic bread, and a change in food quality since a recent management change.
