Very rude customer service and terrible photos at ridiculous prices! I had a terrible experience with this company 3 years ago, but then was approached by one of the staff members in T..... approximately 2 weeks ago. I found this staff member extremely rude but booked in anyway as she seemed really desperate. I showed up for the photoshoot and was unimpressed. As I entered the studio I overheard the 2 staff members (one being the Manager!) saying insulting things about the customer who had just left the store- I find this really disrespectful as the customers are the reason as to why these 2 girls even have jobs. The manager was my photographer and she was horrid. There was not a single photograph that I liked and she expected my to pay thousands for photographs that I could take way better. I will never use PixiFotos Rockhampton again.
