I'm writing this specifically as a long-term renter, not as a site owner. Overall my experiences are average, certainly not the best, neither the worst. These are solely based on my viewpoints, and not totally representative of everyone else - Although quite a few tenants (esp long term site owners) would wholeheartedly agree. The only true positives are the cheap rental prices, and being central to local amenities and services. Over the years it was plagued by corrupt, self-serving management and a totally indifferent and greedy attitude by the current investment owner. Whilst works have been conducted to renovate a number of very dilapidated and substandard rental sites, it has unfortunately taken much longer than required. No doubt due to lack of financial investment, as well as higher than average staff turnover. Also the rental tenancy standards has decreased, as there have been rather questionable and dodgy people in the park over recent times. Overall a somewhat mixed bag. I'm generous giving it three stars, as 2.5 is deep down how I genuinely feel. Again this boils down alot to the rental aspect, as quite alot of sites - incl. the one I'm staying is getting on the nose, particularly in terms of the physical condition of the cabin/unit not to mention certain neighbours in the vicinity. If you can afford to rent somewhere better, then by all means do so. Although there are some quite nice sites for sale - at value offers, unfortunately if you haven't got the money you are rather stuck!
