Every first visit starts with a conversation. We ask what brought you in, what you have already tried and what you would like to understand, then choose the parts of the assessment that are relevant to you. Dr Paul Portelli, Chiropractor, is the principal chiropractor at Pillar Family Chiropractic. He has practised since 2009 and holds a Diplomate in Clinical Chiropractic Pediatrics and certification in the Webster Technique. Care is adapted to each person's age, comfort and stage of development, and for children under 16 a parent or guardian stays throughout every visit.

Private patients can book directly without a referral, and health fund claims are processed on the spot through HICAPS. Roadside parking is available on and around Moreland Road, the entrance has a ramp, and the 510 bus stops about two minutes' walk away.
