All classes are 45mins long and aimed to work you at a targeted level effectively and with the quality instruction that Pilates Canberra has always given. About Pilates Canberra Established in 1996, Pilates Canberra has evolved from a home based operation to its current structure of three connected but individually owned studios. Our Goals To improve clients self image, strength, flexibility, movement and fitness of our clients as well as their overall body education. To use Pilates principles, repetoire and equipment to improve the fitness and lifestyles of all clients. To be the complete Pilates studio where all clients feel welcome, are assessed on an ongoing basis and are advised and progressed accordingly. Where clients can undertake a variety of programs being rehabilitation, athletic, pre and post pregnancy, disorder specific, general toning, strength and flexibility.
