Our private and intimate space has 5 reformer beds, each with their own touch screen kiosk.
With over 900 classes available, you can filter your own style, duration, focus area, intensity and more.
This is a ladies only studio, situated upstairs from a boxing gym, to give you extra options for yourself or your family.
Mum's can now fit in some me time, while your child does!
Partners can enjoy the convenience of two fitness worlds in the one space or girlies can bring their besties and shake it out together.
