Hi, I am Ursula Knecht. I am a passionate Sports Physio and Rehabilitation expert that wants to support you in getting back to life and sport.
Over 25 years of experience, Sports physiotherapist, musculoskeletal physio, and author of "Back Pain goodbye"

After working as an employee in different physio clinics, I decided to look for more personalised and extended treatment times. The 20 min in most clinics ends up - in reality - being barely 15 min. This was frustrating as I needed help to achieve the results with the clients I wanted.
Now, in my physio clinic, I have over 45 minutes for the initial assessment to determine the problem and make a difference with the first treatment.
