Bad products and poor customer service. I got a hydrogel cover on my phone applied. I paid $36 for it. In less than a month it's starts forming air bubbles and peeling despite minimal contact from things in the bag (I put it in a separate pocket). I called by Phone planet and spoke to someone, they agreed to changing it. However, when I went in day after a new employee refused to change despite me telling him that another employee agreed to chaging it. The new employee was blaming my phone being in contact with something. It was rude. Safe to say will not purchase a piece if plastic for $36 again. Very bad customer service.
