We, Ann and Webber, are two average people who have endeavored to live fairly healthy and productive lives. Ann, born and raised in Australia, works in Management in the NSW Institute of Education and training with a Masters in Education. Webber, born in Samoa, works as a Manager with the NSW Probation and Parole Service with a Masters degree focusing on psychotherapy and counseling. However with all our education, the effects of faulty life style have left significant indicators that unless we altered dramatically our life style, our death would be no different from all the pacific peoples' disgraceful death pattern. We met Patricia and Peter Edwards who introduced us to Biological Lifestyle Therapy and commenced training in this natural Art of developing the biological conditions within the body for the body to self regulate, to self adjust and to restore biological balance. What this means is to remove those conditions in the body that bring disease and biological disorder. While there are many questions that we have no answers to, what we do know is that, by following basic lifestyle principles we can watch our parents and older friends and family members exit this world as much older people experiencing death as the final stage of growth. We invite family members to learn these principles so they can assist the ones they love in their older years but also to pass on to our children life style principles that will make their lives stronger, healthier and happier.
