I would never recommend Steve to any of my family and friends because I would hate to have any of my loved ones go through what I had to go through. Almost all ceiling lights have been broken from room to room and I found communicating with him extremely difficult, because according to him, every damaged item is due to your apparent inappropriate usage. I’m still currently reaching out to NSW Fair trading to fight for my consumer rights to get broken lights replaced in my property! This experience is an absolute nightmare, would NEVER recommend!
