I had significant water damage through the roof of my Jayco Flamingo. Contacted GIO Insurance and obtained a claim number however, I doubted whether it would be approved upon inspection. I contacted Paul Tall who requested I send some photos of the damage and he would arrange a quote for Insurance purposes. Paul handled every aspect of the insurance claim and advised some two weeks later that the claim had been approved for a new roof at a cost of $ 7,000. This whole process of ordering the roof and replacing it only took a total of some ten weeks and was completed in a very professional manner with no fuss whatsoever' I could not recommend Paul Tall highly enough to anyone wishing to have work carried out on their RV's
