A European style patisserie baking cakes, pastries and patisserie for the Adelaide market place over the last 30 years. We pride ourselves on our customer service offering quality products to the corporate sector as well as to retail clients.

Our success and professional standing are dependant upon the quality of the products that we provide our customers. We therefore maintain and provide the highest standards of quality assurance and professional expertise. The company was formed in April 1987 by the joint owners Yvonne and Monika Winterstein. Their careers as Patissiers started as apprentices to their German parents, Horst and Erika Winterstein who ran Parisienne Cakes and the retail side of the company - Sweet Temptation. On completion of their trade they both studied and worked in Switzerland in some of Europe’s finest hotels for many years before returning to Adelaide, bringing back creativity and artistic flair.
