Our story begins with our son who is 20 years old. He is non verbal and has level 3 Autism. He is God’s gift to our family and teaches us every day to be open minded, loving and truthful to his feeling and challenges.

Passion Flower Disability Pty Ltd is a disability service passionate about providing services with a purpose. With our experience with our son we learnt the very hard way that people with disabilities coming out of school are faced with several Challenges, often with less guidance and support to adapt to the changes from school to Day program’s.

We strongly think Day programs need to have structure with a plan and purpose to achieve goals set by NDIS and the participant for an independent and fulfilling life in this world.

Therefore, with challenges, tears and discernment we as a family decided to set up Passion Flower Care, a center that would support person with disabilities. We aim to start with a Day Program but have a great vision and plan to also start a Disability Innovation Center built for Training, learning and development, not only for the participants but also for the staff. This will grow and enable people with skills and abilities to achieve independent living and have a purpose in everyday living.
