Parramatta Honda (Service), Rydalmere, NSW

I have had one of the worst experiences with this HONDA as far as car servicing goes. HONDA RYDALMERE. You would think going to a Honda direct service centre, your car would be in good hands but prior to them my car was fine with Honda Chatswood. Each time I walk in this door I loose $800+ and my issue is still persistent. Firstly came in for servicing and left with squeegeeing brakes after a brake pad replacement. Then I went in on a separate occasion for just standard service and you would think the standard front lights are a requirement to pass for a pink slip but no that wasn't replaced and paid a chunk for that. Then after complaining that finally got fixed. When I noticed a whopping sound in my front left car side and complained about it they told me your REAR WHEEL BARRING needs replacing so I forked out a chunk and waited weeks for a car part to come from Melbourne. Then paid another chunk to get that part put in only to find the sound is still there. Its an obvious sound that cant be missed so I don't get what other sound they heard enough to replace a wheel barring. Then I go in again to get this resolved and I told Alex I am working and need to get back soon so I can take a hire car and bring it back by 4. He takes my car and hoists it up and after 20 minutes I finally went to see what the delay with a hire car was and this rude man tells me no hire car will be given to me. After asking for a complaints form so I can start the proper process for a formal complaint because something isnt right about this and I refuse to pay another chunk for a new part when my wheel barring was replaced without an issue and he didnt even have the part he took out to show me. I refuse to pay more money for parts that are not causing me issues. He gave me his card and said 'just call me we just needed to make sure the car is safe to drive - ARE THEY SERIOUS!! months of driving in and out of their lot, now you are worried its unsafe to drive!!!!! YOU PASSED IT FOR ROAD SAFETY 2 MONTHS AGO and it still had the same damn sound and issue I been complaint about since the last 2 servicing. i am beyond upset
