My husband & I moved into Parkridge in 1999. We went off travelling in our caravan knowing we could safely leave our home to be cared for. We had somewhere within the village for the caravan to be stored whenever we were at home. It is only a smnall village of 50 Villas, but this way we get to know everyone. The "Parkridge Village" will celebrate it's 20th Birthday on 9th June 2015 & everyone is getting excited about this great milestone. We did the right thing for us in moveing here 16 years ago, & have never regreted it. We can mix or not with other residents as we please. The best thing about our village is that there are no defered management fees to pay when we leave,(& go to God?) It is all freehold. We all hold our own title. Not many can claim that.
