A horrible neighbour, who lets its trucks carry out illegal garbage collections during the night and its trucks rat-run in our adjacent residential single lane road Gwynne Street, waking neighbours during the night and harassing them during the day, and is in breach of council's LATM Policy, Planning Scheme and local laws daily, instead of ensuring its truck and commercial traffic use its dedicated Palmer Pde for all access off Balmain St collector road. It also allows parties with DJ speakers in the street mere metres from dwellings. A completely inconsiderate business to its residential neighbours causing traffic conflict in residential Gwynne St, safety, wellbeing, amenity issues in residential Gwynne St. All Parkmore need to do is ensure all of its traffic use Palmer Pde at Balmain St for all ingress and egress. I'd give zero stars if I could. Residents hope they move out.
