the slowest local delivery i have ever found, the listed phone number is not in use no more, you cant even get a reply to your email request

PFL picked up my package on 10.12.2023 with the websites expected delivery on 12.12.23-15.12.23. its now 5.01.2024 and it still hasn't arrived. I have raised 2 tickets through the site and had no response after waiting 48-72 hours as indicated. I am very annoyed because I'm powerless to find out what is happening or if I will ever receive my orders. The site carries on with how professional they're and leaders in logistics but they can't respond to tickets or do their job. Im not the first person to experience this problem with them either.
