Paradigm Software is an Australian-owned software research and development company based in Melbourne, Australia. The company has been in operation since 1991 and specialises in compliance software for standards relating to Quality, OHS and Environmental management systems. We supply to small, medium and large organisations in both service and manufacturing industries within Australia and around the world. Over the past 15 years, our products have been implemented into more than 1, 200 companies worldwide and scrutinised by well over 4, 000 third party auditors. Our aim is to continue to deliver innovative leading edge software solutions that help our customers operate efficient, cost-effective management systems and maintain our reputation as a reliable, technically competent resource to all our customers. Paradigm 3 is our third generation product. Our earliest, called Paradigm Quality, was the first 16 byte Windows PC-based compliance management product on the market between 1993 and 2000. This product was innovative for its time and won the Australian Design Award in 1995. Paradigm II was a totally re-designed 32 byte product released in 2000 and is still actively used today. Paradigm II was used to help Paradigm Software achieve the National Gold Award for Quality and the Hall of Fame status in 2007. As with all our products, Paradigm 3 is again a totally redesigned product, this time using VB. Net technology, incorporating our previous 16 years experience and customer feedback. Paradigm Software’s passion for good business excellence has been achieved by attaining the Australian National Gold Award Hall of Fame status. (Hall of Fame status is granted after winning three consecutive annual National Gold Awards.)
