Paella amor is a Sydney catering company that specialises in creating delicious paella, tapas and unique events.
We provide personalised and professional service and can cater for small and large scale weddings, corporate events and private events in Sydney and the surrounds.
Conveniently located on Sydney's North Shore, our chefs set the standard for exceptional paella, tapas & event catering. We travel all over Sydney each week and can cook further afield if required.
Company description
Paella party catering in Sydney couldn’t be easier. Paella amor takes advantage of its completely self-sufficient set up to provide fresh paella, the most talked about and popular dish when Spanish Catering for an event.
We provide our own version of Spanish Catering including paella and tapas. Whilst we are not Spanish ourselves, we think that gives us a distinct advantage.
There are subtle differences with our paella compared to traditional Spanish paella. For example, we use 100% Australian prawns that are peeled rather than having their heads on. This does make a little more work for us, but we think it’s worth it.
It allows our guests to eat their paella with only a fork and not have to peel their prawns before they eat them. A lot of other paella catering companies in Sydney do leave the heads on, which makes the dish difficult to eat whilst standing up and chatting with friends.
