Warren Fordham and Brian Ebert first met when young men in the 1970's learning the trade of instrument repair technicians under Brian Murphy Music Services in Bayswater Victoria. A life long friendship was formed and both Brian and Warren went their different ways after leaving their training. Warren went on to become a world class violin maker and Brian some years later started a brass and woodwind repair busines. Almost 40 years later Warren decided to work with Brian offering his expertise in helping the Ozstring Melbourne store creation at the same premises where the Brass and Woodwind sales and repair business was formed at 572 North Rd Ormond in 1989. Joining their combined knowledge of the orchestral music business, Ozstrings Melbourne was born in 2014 offering expert service, advice and repair services.
