Took my dolphin pool cleaner to be repaired. On a number of occasions I left messages to find out what was happening. I didn't get one reply. After approximately 3 weeks my wife phoned and was told the machine just had to be tested and then ready for pick up. The women gave her a price of $300. After 3 days and again no contact, my daughter visited the store to try and find out what was happening. The machine was in fact ready to go. The price of the repair had increased to $508. My daughter queried why the increase. The young man said he didn't know and we would have to speak to his mother who was out. I will never have any more dealings with this pool store..You can make your own mind up whether you want to deal with them
