Okami in Pakenham is known for its top-notch Japanese food with standout dishes such as sushi, spring rolls, tempura, ice cream, and steak. Customers frequently praise the fantastic food value and love taking their families for a quality feed. Some mention excellent service from staff, particularly Jimmy, who is described as iconic and deserving of a raise. However, some customers have experienced long wait times for food and drinks, as well as inconsistent service. The ice cream is a consistent highlight.
