O'Brien has poor communication. We needed to replace our window screen, so we booked an appointment. They informed us that the service would be in Kerang. However, on the day of the appointment, they called us an hour early to say they couldn’t replace the screen and rescheduled it for another time in Bendigo.
When we went to Bendigo to change the screen, they told us again that they couldn’t do it and hadn’t informed us about the cancellation beforehand. We drove a long way in the morning just to be let down again.
