Consolidating the work of 22 former tribunals into a single point of access for specialist tribunal services in NSW, NCAT provides services that are prompt, accessible, economical and effective.

NCAT has streamlined back-office administration, while retaining the specialist experience and services of the former separate tribunals. NCAT has a timely and cost-effective internal appeals mechanism to enable prompt review of most Tribunal decisions.
