Re Your Survey, I hesitate to reply, because I have had two experiences.   One was excellent when I attended the NRMA office in Nowra andI would certainly recommend that office to any of my friends.   However on the second occasion I tried to phone on 132 132 I    found it extremely frustrating, going through all the buttons that have to be pressed and waiting on.   That is one of the reasons I chose NRMA because I can attend an office and speak to a real person across a desk.   The other reason is that my husband joined up with the NRMA  when he purchased his first car nearly 70 years ago and consequently I now have a Gold Membership.  On the few occasions I have had to call the Help line I have always found the servicemen  to be very courteous and helpful.
