Neil has been actively involved in the building industry since 1968, and has been providing a Building Consultancy and Inspection service since 1987. Neil has trade qualifications in Carpentry and Joinery, and Roof Plumbing, post-trade qualifications as a Building Foreman Clerk of Works and in Building Construction, and post-graduate qualifications in the Masters of Project Management. Neil is a fully accredited Housing Industry Association Building Consultant. Neil undertakes Continuing Professional Development (CDP) through membership in industry associations, attending seminars and workshops, and keeps abreast with current trends, processes, regulations and standards.
