So useless having a 5minute drop off zone at the carpark entrance. This space is for the elderly or people like my mother 89 and legally blind. Or people with disabilities and walkers. Never abuse this privilege you may need it yourself one day. Suzzanne miller

There are no paper towels in the baby change room at Nowra Mall ,mate! I go down to Stocklands to change baby because it is a bit difficult without paper towels! Apparently the cleaner couldn't be bothered!

The ladies toilets in the Mall are a disgrace, always smelling of urine and have done for years. Early in the morning even after the “cleaner’ has been in it smells the same and there is water all the over seats. The place needs to be cleaned properly with disinfectant or bleach.
