Novus Marble & Granite, Wangara, WA

The installation of the marble bench top was fine. But the after sales service is shocking and I wonder about the quality of their stone. After a couple of years cracking has appeared. I have called John numerous times over 6 months to assess it and advise what we can do under warranty. He never makes the effort to come or call to arrange a time. I would not recommend this company if you want professional service or reliability to fix issues after installation.

Thank goodness for Novus Marble and Granite. The shape of my kitchen being hexagon is a challenge for any stone craftsman. The manager John was very helpful and approachable. Their main craftsman was a true professional, who worked in a great team. They really demonstrated that they knew their stone craftsmanship. They really knew what they were doing, and not only were they truly capable but they were very pleasant and friendly. They took pride in their work and completed the job just as I dreamed. They cleaned up after themselves which is a rare thing these days. I have the stone tops in my kitchen that I dreamed about. My family and friends have all commented on how beautiful the stone tops look. I am really happy with my new stone kitchen tops. I would thoroughly recommend Novus Marble and Granite, Wangara.
