Our Founder and current Managing Director Bronte Williamson founded Nourished Not Deprived in 2018 in an attempt to disrupt the healthcare industry and provide the most effective & diverse Allied Health care service to as many of the Australian population as possible.

Founded on a story with personal lived experience with an eating disorder, paired with direct exposure to disability within her immediate family, Bronte notes her deep passion for building Nourished Not Deprived is fueled by an unrelenting desire to provide what was lacking for those she loves and her young self once upon a time.

Brontes’ passion for serving continues with creating a place of work for her staff where their wellbeing is the centre point focus of her management. She attempts to foster a space in which her team feel heard and has a means for growth that suits their career goals.

Nourished’s culture is built around a team that cares for one another, appreciates the varied healthcare knowledge that each member brings, and values and respects one anothers differences.

Nourished Not Deprived is further built around a strong passion for risk aversion and safety considerations. As such, Nourished Not Deprived has embedded many tiered identification strategies and stepped safety plans to identify any harm to patients or practitioners as early as possible.
